With an ever-growing army of people thinking about setting up a business and working from home, there comes the challenge of making a space suitable to work in that is both inspiring and comfortable as well as practical.

In our experience the most vital ingredients are comfortable seating, good lighting and plenty of storage.

Office areas often have to blend into the home environment and so need to be attractive enough not to intrude on your homelife once the working day closes. And whilst we might dream of a beautiful, industrial-style warehouse space, most of these ideas are simple and easy to achieve with a bit of flair and imagination.

Finally, don't forget the finishing touches - there is a huge selection of stationary around right now and you could do worse than using one of our handmade journals to jot down your ideas, dreams and even the odd bit of work stuff....
